Returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the date of your order. We will not accept any return received after 30 days from the date of your order.
We will issue a unique RMA number to you when you contact us that you hope to return your item. When you return the item, this unique RMA number must be written on the outside of the package. Our returns department will refuse the package if it is without an RMA number.
Returns must be received in original condition with tags attached. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, stains, odors or any other sign of wear and tear will be refused and not refunded.
We provide a return label for your items of up to 3 items. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. You can return the item using any carrier you choose at your cost if you prefer not to use our label. We are not responsible for returns lost by the carrier so please remember the tracking number for your parcel.
We will process your refund within 24 business hours once a return has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take 1-5 business days for the refund to appear on your depending on your bank/credit card. Please notify us when you apply your RMA number if you want to receive store credit. If you choose to receive store credit, then this cannot be redeemed for cash later.
